HOW WE MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS
Six techniques.
One workshop.
Every product we make is crafted using the right technique for the material and application. From precision rotary engraving to fiber laser marking — here’s how we do it, and what each method is best suited for.
OUR TECHNOLOGIES
How we engrave
We employ six distinct engraving and cutting techniques — each chosen to get the best possible result from your chosen material.
Rotary Engraving
A rotating cutter traverses the material to produce a precise groove — clean, sharp, and consistent. The workhorse of our workshop and the technique behind most of our plaques, badges, and tags.
CNC Routing
Our flatbed CNC routers carve, hollow, bevel, and shape virtually any material. Ideal for dimensional signage, cut-out shapes, and complex logos that need depth as well as precision.
V-Carve Cutting
A V-shaped bit produces carvings that taper to a fine point — wider at the surface, narrow at depth. Perfect for achieving an authentic, hand-crafted appearance in natural and acrylic materials.
Diamond Drag
A diamond-tipped graver is dragged across the surface to produce finely etched designs with a distinctive bright finish. The traditional choice for trophies, awards, and personalised metal items.
C02 Laser
A focused laser beam enables highly precise marking and cutting across a huge range of surfaces — producing colour changes, surface engraving, ablation, and carbonisation effects depending on the material.
Fiber Laser
A concentrated beam delivered through a fiber optic cable produces high-contrast, enduring marks on metals. Ideal for component marking, serial numbers, QR codes, and branding on metal products.
